2.1 Our Site provides an on-line repository for storage of information concerning individuals´ training, insurance and safety records ("Content") to assist in work-place compliance assessment of employees, freelancers and contractors ("Purpose"). The Content is intended to be up loaded to the Site by the individual to which the Content relates and unless specifically indicated will not have been independently verified by the organisation issuing the relevant training, insurance or safety award or certificate. All Content is the sole responsibility of the person from whom the Content originated. We do not screen or verify the Content up loaded and therefore cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the Content.
3 Registration and qualification to use the Site
3.1 Before using our Site you may be required to register with us by completing a registration form and submitting it to us.
3.2 In consideration of your use of our Site, you agree to:
(a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information when filling out our registration form; and
(b) maintain and promptly update your registration information and Content to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
If we have reasonable grounds at any time to suspect that any information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Site.
